- Walking – Since my panic attacks are back (stupid hormones !!!) I feel like I need more fresh air and I enjoy walking, it makes me feel much better. And walking with the buggy is a very good exercise 😉
- Banana on toast – breakfast is my favorite meal and I like to try new things now and then. For the moment I like eating banana on toast with some cinnamon on top ! I put a little bit of butter on a slice of brown bread then I spread half a banana with some cinnamon ! YUM.
- Basic t-shirt – this is my everyday outfit at the moment, t-shirt and jeans ! It’s the perfect mum outfit 🙂 I sometimes would like to wear something nicer but as I have 99,9% of chance to be covered in milk I prefer to feel comfy in a nice basic tee ! White and grey are my favorite colors for t-shirts, normal or oversized fit.
- Cactus – this is part of my decor obsession that I have for the moment. I like to add a little cactus here and there. For me it’s the perfect plant as I cannot keep plants alive for more than one week and they give a nice touch to the room.
- Homemade granola – yes, it’s food..again ! This month I’ve discovered a very easy recipe to make granola. I wont say too much about this as I will make a proper post about how to cook your granola very soon. But it is super easy and delicious with no additives or anything bad for you. I like to eat it with greek yogurt and fresh fruits, it’s delicious !
